Our office is located on US41 a half a mile north of Immokalee Road. We are on the east side of the street between Imagine Gift Store and the Double Tree Suites by Hilton.
Our parking lot and main entrance are conveniently located behind our building on River Court which is on the north side of our building.
TRAVEL RESOURCES
For our patients traveling to see Dr. Holtan, the closest airport is Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW). RSW is only 25 miles from our office and easily accessed via Interstate 75.
To locate our office from Interstate 75, take exit 111 onto Immokalee Road. Travel west 5 miles to Tamiami Trail N. (US41). Turn right (north) and our office is .5 miles on your right (east).
The closest hotel is the DoubleTree Suites by Hilton located next door at 12200 Tamiami Trail N. Naples, FL 34110.
INSURANCE
At Specialists in Implant Dentistry, we are happy to work with your dental insurance to maximize your benefits. As a specialty office, we are not an in-network provider as most plans do not cover dental implants.
We are more than happy to submit a pre-determination on your behalf so you know exactly what your insurance will reimburse you.
On the day of your procedure, your dental insurance claim will be submitted with all supporting documentation and x-rays to expedite your insurance reimbursement.
WARRANTY
We are proud of our dental services and what they do for our patients. We are so confident in our specialty that we offer a written warranty for our implants and restorations.
However, the success of treatment depends on many factors, several which lie outside the dentist’s control, including the patient’s oral hygiene, substance use, the presence of some conditions like osteoporosis or dementia, adherence to post-operative instructions, and dental trauma.
